I have had the distinct honor of working as a Costumer, Milliner, Mask Maker and Crafts person, at Morgan’s Studios for well over 10 years, where we designed and created Costumes, Millinery and more, for notable celebrities and events .
At Morgan’s Studios we crafted historically accurate Costumes for Gentlemen (Top hats and Tailcoats), Lovely Hats and Bonnets for the Ladies and Gentle Women, for the Victorian era Christmas themed, “Dickens on the Strand”.
During Mardi Gras/Carnival season,we created one of a kind, gorgeous masks and headdresses to match custom made ball gowns, for the Debutant Ball and many other parties. People came from near and far to have Danny create for them. He and his talented Krewe costumed many Mardi Gras Masked Revelers at the Grand Opera House, the Tremont Black Tie Masquerade Ball, and the many characters on the Carnival Floats for the Grand Parades.
I have learned much from my fabulous Mentor, Danny “Mr.Mardi Gras” Morgan and being so inspired , hope to continue his amazing legacy.
